I am trying to start an ebook website but am having trouble figuring out how to sell other authors novels. Do I have to become an ePublisher in order to do so and where is a good place to go to find books to sell that aren’t get-rich-quick books?
I know you can access tons of free ebooks from all over the internet but I need to know how to get access to sell these authors books. I can’t seem to find a straight forward answer anywhere on the net.

I am looking to start my own publishing company. I don’t want to use a self-publisher such as Xulon, as I want to start my own; books, cd’s, and dvd’s. No ebooks at all!
